25 Days Of Christmas Tags -- Santa Shaker Tag

Popping in for a short post as I did another tag for day 22 at 25 Days of Christmas Tags.  You can't cook and clean all the time (even if tomorrow is Thanksgiving).  ;)    I was inspired by Sanna and Carol's shaker tags.  Both of their tags made me want to try something new in "shaker town."  I had not made one using alphabet letters as the "shaker" part so this one is a "first."  :)   Better get back to cooking and cleaning since tomorrow is "gobble 'til you wobble" day.

25 Days of Christmas Tags -- Snowman Shaker Tag

I am joining in on the fun at 25 Days of Christmas Tags playing catch-up for day 18.  You can read all about it here.  I had too much to do yesterday to even think about going in my craft room (sad I know).  I had to go to the grocery store and run errands plus get house ready for company and prepare a good meal for dinner.  My snowman shaker tag was inspired by Katie Gehring's tags.  I liked how she made shaker tags with a snowman (or snowwoman) image.  Hope you are having a good Sunday afternoon.  My hubby and I are having a Netflix afternoon (watching a Western).  He has also volunteered to grill hamburgers so I don't have to cook tonight (yep, sometimes he is a keeper...wink).   My snowman tag is going to be shaking things up at:

25 Days of Christmas Tags -- Noel Shaker Tag

Found a little time this afternoon to do another tag for 25 Days of Christmas Tags which is on day 17.  The guest is Jillibean Soup which is one of my favorite companies.  I was inspired by Jaclyn Ranch's tag which used an alphabet to spell "joy" and the "o" was a shaker element.  I had one of the Jillibean soup star shaker elements and decided to spell noel .  I inked the tag with Distress Oxide inks,  inked the stars and then used some glitter Mod Podge  to add some sparkle.  I went over the white chipboard letters with glitter Mod Podge.  I used Nuvo Crystal Drops in white to outline the star shaker element (which has clear and white seed beads inside).  I'm linking my tag up to:

25 Days of Christmas Tags -- Foxy Shaker Tag

I am participating in the 25 Days of Christmas Tags for the first time and I am SO excited!  If you are a newbie like me and want all the details, click here.  On day 6, I am inspired by Laura Pryor's happy holidays shaker tag.  I liked the shape of her tag.  It  reminded me of a tag die I have not used in a very long time.   I even had to get in my attic to find it which makes it seem like a new toy!   I also liked the shaker part of her tag and wanted to give that a try too.  I'm also linking this tag up at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge to make a Christmas gift tag.
