Oh So Merry Slimline Christmas Card

I'm having fun creating slimline Christmas cards for the Jingle Belles slimline challenge.  I used a cute new stamp I recently bought by Stampendous for my image (the sentiments are by Mama Elephant).  I hope you are having a great Friday!  The temperatures have been lower in my neck of the woods this week.  I can almost feel fall in the air.  Thanks for dropping by and remember to stay crafty!

Slimline Christmas Cat Card

Having more fun with the new Jingle Belles challenge of making slimline cards.  This one uses stamps from Stamper's Anonymous.  Enjoying my rainy day in my craft room!  Thanks for stopping by and remember to be good....Christmas will be here before we know it!

Slimline Christmas Ornaments Card

There is a fun new challenge at Jingle Belles calling for slimline cards.  We are enjoying a rare rainy day and I couldn't wait to create in my craft room.  I haven't been crafting much lately since it is beautiful summer weather and I stay outside watering my flowers and hanging at the pool.  Summer always affect my creative mojo but it usually returns in the fall of the year....wink.  On this card I stamped the "fa la la" background and covered it with vellum.  The ornaments are images from Reverse Confetti from a crafty de-stash I won a few months ago.  The Christmas trees at top and bottom are washi tape and the pine bough is an older die from Sizzix.  I added clear rhinestones for a finishing touch.  Thanks Jingle Belles for a fun challenge.

Bon Jour Card

We had a wonderful afternoon of rain yesterday which watered all of my outside flowers.  This meant I didn't have to go out this morning and water them which takes over an hour.  So what to do with all that extra energy and free time?  Head to my craft room of course!  (Wink.)  There are some fun challenges I wanted to enter and spent a nice morning "playing" with my stamps, etc.  I used a stamp set from Penguin Palace called "Enchanting Paris."  The Eiffel Tower die and polka dot embossing folder are by Sizzix (have had each a very long time).  Thanks for dropping in today....and hope you are having a great summer!
