Patterned Paper Border Punch Card and Blog Candy

I tell you I am a card making machine today....that's what Card Making Day is all about right? :) Here's a quick card I did using a border punch on soome patterned paper. The stamp is by Art DeClassified (and there will be Art DeClassified stamps) in my blog candy to be given away Oct. 4th. It's not pictured but trust me, you will like it! :)

Here's a quick and easy flower pot card. I used my Making Memories Slice with the Noteworthy design card. The papers are by Basic Grey. I had this one done in not time. :)

Blog Candy For World Card Making Day and "Mind Your Mummy" Card

I have tried to make a card all day. I got in my studio early this morning to work on some cards. But my room was a huge (and let me add huge) mess and I could not stop thinking I needed to straighten it up. So I begin with what I thought would be a 30 minute job.....two hours later I finished. Then it was time to jump in the shower (wash hair), get lunch fixed for hubby and then go to the homecoming parade.
Forgot I had to work after the parade for my hubby (keep his office). Finally got home and spent an hour in the attic trying to find things for my youngest daughter to put in "her" yard sale at town in the morning. So I'm sharing a fun card I made a few weeks ago. As pooped as I am tonight after my day, I hope you appreciate it. (Wink, wink.) :)

October Stamps Of Life Release Day!....and Blog Candy

Hope you are having a great Thursday. It's October 1st, so you know what that means? Yep, new stamps! :) The Stamps Of Life released their second set. This new set is not a fall set. It is not a Halloween set. It is not a Thanksgiving set....It is ALL of them. :) How cool is that? These are clear stamps but not just any clear stamps. They are the "Roll Royce" of clear stamps! They make the BEST images. :) I'm going to share a fun Halloween card I did with this set (and have more samples coming in the next few days).

I had the most fun yesterday. I got to go to Michael's (had not been in nearly a year....gasp!) The closest one to me is nearly 75 miles away or otherwise I would be in there every week with coupon in hand! :) I went alone so I could walk and take in the beauty of each aisle (big wink). :) When I was checking out with all my new loot, I glanced at my watch. I had spent nearly two hours in there. Talk about loosing track of time! :) I'm going upstairs now to play with all my new toys (ribbons, punches, papers, brads.....oh my!!!!) :)
