25 Days Of Christmas Tag -- Penguin Tags

Today is day 15 at 25 Days of Christmas Tags.  If you are a newbie like me, then read all about it here.  The guest is Muse: ChristmasVisions and I was inspired by Chriss's penguin tag.  I inked both tags with Distress Oxide ink pads and  used glitter Mod Podge to give them sparkle.  I could have made tags all day but alas I had chores to do.  I need to teach my dog and cats to vacuum and do  laundry so I can craft longer.  Wink.  These little happy feet penguins will be linking up at:

Christmas Mug Shot Card

I am joining in on the fun at the Cat Lover's Hop again.  I recently got this stamp from Technique Junkies.  It cracks me up and I smile each time I see it.  The cat looks just like my cat Tiger!  All in all my cats are good around the Christmas trees in our house.  The big tree in the den is their favorite place to sleep once I get it decorated.  I put a quilt around the base of the tree and they like to curl up on it.  They always look so pretty under the tree with the Christmas lights on at night.  Did you notice the snow on the trees?  I bought a snow marker at Hobby Lobby a few weeks ago and this is the first time I have used it.  It is prettier in person than in the photo.  You apply the marker rather thickly to the paper and let it dry.  Then you carefully use your heat gun and it puffs up and looks like snow.  It was fun to use (see I am not hard to make happy....wink.)  My mug shot kitty will be linking up at:
