I needed to make a birthday card for a family friend and decided to make it acceptable for the new Luna New Year Challenge blog. You can either make a Lunar New Year card OR a birthday card there. I'm also going to link up at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge calling for beautiful blooms. There are beautiful small flowers on the Asian themed patterned paper I used.
