Two Cats Meowy Christmas Card

I'm having a fun Saturday staying in my pajamas and crafting cards for the Cat Lovers Hop.  I made this card a Christmas card so I could send it in to the Caring Hearts Card Drive too.  (Read about it here.)  I stenciled the background with Distress Oxide ink pads.  The Christmas Cats stamps are by Simon Says Stamp.  I edged my snow mounds with Diamonds Stickles glitter glue.  I hope your Saturday has been a fun one like mine.  The in the holiday mood cats want to join:

Cat Lovers Hop (Must Have A Cat On It)
Jingle Belles (Must Have A Holiday Creature)
Watercooler Wednesday Challenge (All About Holidays)
Cute Card Thursday (Sparkles)
Southern Girls (Critter Crazy)

Purrfect Halloween Card

I'm getting a rare stay in my pajamas and craft day.  How purrfect is that for the last day of the Cat Lovers Hop?  I had a busy week and didn't get to create like I wished but I am making up for it today!  :)  I needed to make a Halloween card and remembered a Darcie's set perfect for the Cat Lovers Hop.  I finished it off with Halloween plaid patterned paper and stickers.  I embossed the oval die cut with a spider web pattern.  My little Halloween cat card wants to play at these challenges:

Cat Lovers Hop (Card Must Have A Cat)
Simon Says Monday Challenge (Halloween/Spooky)

What's Mew Card?

I'm joining in at the Cat Lovers Hop again today.  After a rushed no time for making cards week, I have had a stay in my pajamas day in my craft room.  This is the first card I did.  I looked through my Silhouette cutting patterns and found this house card.  I thought it was perfect for the sweet Sugarpea Designs image.  Thanks for dropping in....I hope you are enjoying your Saturday as much as I am.  :)

Meowy Christmas Card

Don't you hate it when "life" gets in the way of your card making time?  :)  That is me this week.  I've been looking forward to the Cat Lovers Hop but when it finally arrives I have "life" getting in the way of my fun..  First I had unexpected work days and then hubby was scheduled for a minor surgery taking up the rest of my week.  I managed to  "hide" in my craft room tonight while our dinner was cooking and create the above card.  I thought I would make do a holiday theme since I am in full Christmas card making mode.  I have been doing cards for the Caring Hearts Card Drive
and I also signed up for a large Christmas card swap with 133 other gals.  Won't that make going to the mailbox fun in December?  ;)  My festive Christmas cat wants to join in at the following:

2018 Cat Lovers Hop -- Your Creation Must Have A Cat

Jingle Belles -- Must Have A Christmas Animal

Just Add Ink -- Buttons, Bow, Bling (My cat image has a bow (plus I did a twine bow) and the gold sequins are "bling.")

World Card Making Day -- Noel Snowman Card

This card is going to wrap up my World Card Making Day challenges.  I'm ending with the Smooshing Challenge at Joy Clair's.  I used three ink colors on a piece of acetate and spritzed them with water.  Then I smooshed my white cardstock base on the acetate.  I used a stamp set by Joy Clair and some tree die cuts by Sizzix.  Thanks for visiting and stop by anytime!  :)  My snowman wants to join these fun challenges:

Tuesday Throwdown -- Anything Goes

World Card Making Day -- Read On Card

I'm still making challenge cards which were posted on World Card Making Day.  There is a challenge at Joy Clair's to see what you could create with just letters.  This one had me stumped but then I remembered a die cut I had by Reverse Confetti of an alphabet background.  Perfect! Then my daughter suggested I make it with a reading theme and I remembered a stamp set by Sugar Pea Designs....and the rest is history.  :)  Thanks for stopping by out of your busy day.

World Card Making Day -- Flaunt It Card

This is the second card I did this afternoon in the crafty cave.  I'm still working on World Card Making Day challenges.  This card is going to be entered in the Winnie and Walter Coordinating Die Coloring Challenge.  Since I didn't have any Winnie and Walter sets with coordinating dies I used a set by Hampton Art.  Thanks for stopping by today.  :)

World Card Making Day -- Kindness Card

I spent a fun afternoon working on World Card Making Day challenges.  I did a simple one layer card using four different sets by Winnie and Walter.  Two of the images were stamped on the actual card base and the third image was stamped on another piece and then cut out.  I colored the images with Copic markers.  I also did ink blending on the stamped sentiment with Distress Oxide ink pad.  This is a two layer card (the base and then the foam mounted stamped image) with two colors (marigold and orange) and one embellishment (twine bow) for a total of 5 so it qualifies for the Luck 7 Challenge.  I'm linking this one up at:

World Card Making Day Craftee

Happy World Card Making Day....yet again today!  Want to see where the magic happens on World Card Making Day (and almost every other day....wink)?????  Two of the WCD challenges wanted a "craftee" so I took this photo yesterday afternoon but didn't get around to getting it posted.  But as Scarlett O'Hara said....tomorrow is another day!  ;)  I try to clean my desk after each project but those are famous last words sometimes.....especially on World Card Making Day.  ;)  Thanks for stopping by and taking a "peek" at my crafty cave.

I'll be sharing my photo at these sites:

World Card Making Day Card One -- Noel Card

Happy World Card Making Day!  There are lots of fun events going on and as luck would have it I'm getting to spend WCD in my craft room.  Winnie and Walter have challenges with nice prizes so I have been creating with those in mind.  This challenge is for their "Dress Up Your Die Cuts."  I die cut the word "Noel" from glossy cardstock and then inked it with alcohol inks.  I also inked another piece of glossy cardstock to match for the background behind the corrugated Christmas tree.  The "Noel" die is by Winnie and Walter and can be found here.  This was a quick and easy card with adding a hand trimmed tree (and then corrugated with a Fiskars paper crimper).  I added a few self adhesive jewels in a light green by KI Memories for the finishing touch.  Will be back soon with more WCD challenge cards so keep stopping by.
My Noel card will also be linking up at these challenges:
