Pastel Feminine Birthday Card
I did two things on my pastel feminine birthday card which I seldom do. One was use pastel colors. I'm more of a bright primary colors kind of gal.....what does that say about me? Flashy I guess. (Wink.) The second thing was color the stamp with markers and then stamp. I used three Marvy Brush markers in a pink, pale yellow and a pale kiwi green to color the circle floral image. I even remembered to "huff" on the stamp before stamping. It's fun stepping out of your comfort zone ever so often and doing something different. These pastel flowers are eager to join the following challenges:

Ah, yes, the "huff technique". It really does make the images so much more vivd to stamp them in a combination of colours, doesn't it, Bev? Love those pastels and all the wonderful background details. Your card simply radiates femininity. Beautiful! Thanks so much for joining our Watercooler Wednesday Challenge this week.
Gorgeous card, Beverly! The bright yellow background looks great behind the pastel designs. I love the circles around the flowers. Thanks for joining the Double D, "Pastel Party" Challenge.
