Happy World Card Making Day (yet again today)! :) I have been in my crafty cave this afternoon creating away! I used a stencil and over nine colors of Distress Oxide ink pads to blend an inky rainbow background paper on this card. My hula girl and friends will be joining these WCD and other challenges:
