Lilacs and Birthday Card

Have you tried "smoosh" stamping yet? I love the way it looks on watercolor paper for creating your background. Today I am playing in the following challenges:

    Hi Bev. Thanks for joining us at the Watercooler Wednesday challenge this week. I haven't tried the "smoosh" technique yet, but am very encouraged to try by your beautiful card. I really like the pink, black and gray background for your floral image.

    Hi Beverly, what a gorgeous card! The image of the lilacs is just beautiful, especially the way you've coloured the blossoms and leaves. That smooshing effect really does make a good background, complimenting the colours in the image. Great layout with those stiched scalloped circles, too. Feminine and elegant.
