Dry Embossed Fat Pants Card

Even though there is still lots to do getting ready for the big meal Thursday, I was able to "hide" in my craft room a few minutes today.  I needed one more Thanksgiving card!  I used an older embossing folder by Sizzix to create a fall scene on the lighter orange cardstock panel of my card.  Next I stamped the sentiment/image with a dark orange ink (Technique Junkies Fat Pants) and matted it.  The arrow die cut is by Sizzix.  I'm linking this card up at:

Thanks for stopping by and remember to wear those elastic waist pants on Thanksgiving....wink.

Gobble On Card

Yep, it is that time of year...to be searching in our closets for the FAT PANTS!  I know I will need them after eating the dressing, turkey and pecan pie on Thanksgiving!  This fun card uses a stamp image from Technique Junkies (Fat Pants).  I stamped it in a dark gray ink by Gina K Designs on orange cardstock.  The "gobble on" die cut was done with my Silhouette Cameo (Gobble On #335366).  The arrow die cuts are by Sizzix.  I'll be linking this card at:

Thanks for stopping in...and remember those elastic pants on Thanksgiving!

Be Thankful Card

After spending the morning cleaning out cabinets above our washer and dryer, I was able to make a Thanksgiving card...which was way more fun!  I used a fun stamp set by Jane's Doodles (which I found out today is closing...sad news).  The word die cut was done with my Silhouette Cameo (#99985 Be Thankful Phrase).  I'm going to link this one up at the following challenges:

Thanks for visiting...and remember to be thankful.  I'm thankful I finished cleaning out those cabinets...wink.

Thanksgiving Cheer Turkey Card

I'm working on my last Thanksgiving cards to mail to friends this week.  That is between cleaning out cabinets and getting the house ready for Thanksgiving. I'm also doing ahead of time cooking/baking to freeze so I won't have as much to do Thanksgiving.  So it is very nice to escape to my craft room for an hour or two to relax and make cards....almost like resting...wink!

The cornucopia is from Sweet 'n Sassy (Grateful Heart Set) and the sentiment is by Art Gone Wild (Words To The Rescue Thanksgiving).  The turkey die cut was done with my Silhouette Cameo (#280201 Turkey Silhouette) and then I used my old Fiskars paper crimper on it.

I'm going to link this card up at the following challenges:

Thanks for dropping by...and remember to sneak in your craft room to get away from all the Thanksgiving chores...wink.

Tea-Rex Hate Christmas Card

It is the last day of the Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop and I am doing a few cards to link.  It is raining and I am enjoying the day in my craft room.  There is also a new challenge at Christmas Kickstart Challenge that sounded like fun.  So I made this card to fit both.  I used stamps from Rabbit Hole Designs (Tea-Rex).  I computer generated the part of the sentiment which looks like a vintage typewriter font.  Thanks for stopping by and remember if you hate Christmas, you can always soak in a teacup...wink.

Santa Coffee To Go Cup

It's the last day of the Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop plus it is raining.  How perfect is that for the last day....I love rainy days in my craft room!  Used my Silhouette Cameo to make this fun card plus a stamped sentiment by Impression Obsession (Christmas Coffee Sayings).  Thanks for dropping by and remember rainy days are for making coffee cards...wink.

Winter Scene Card

This is the last day of the 2023 Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Hop.  It sure has been fun creating coffee cards this week.  I feel like I have gotten a lot accomplished too.  I did Thanksgiving coffee themed cards to mail to friends and also Christmas plus a few "happy" mail coffee cards.  I'm going to be in great shape when it comes to mailing cards!  Isn't this a cozy scene?  Looking out at the snow all comfy with your pet dog and cat AND a cup of something hot.  I could step right inside this scene!  This stamp set (with matching dies) is from Rubbernecker Stamps (Girl In Window Set).  Thanks for stopping by and remember to stay crafty!

One more for the Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Hop on this cloudy day in my neck of the woods.  I enjoyed using stamp images from Rubberneck Stamps (Coffee Girls Set #3331) on this one.  Thanks for dropping by and remember we need more coffee (and pours lots of flavored creamer in it....wink).

Christmas Coffee Pot Card

I'm having way too much fun in my craft room creating coffee themed cards for the Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop.  This fun card was done with my Silhouette Cameo (#79994 Coffee Pot Shaped Card).
The stamped sentiment (Jaded Blossom A Latte Comfort and Joy) was heat embossed and white detail powder used.  The wreath stamp is from my stash of older stamps.  Thanks for dropping by.  Remember to go check out all the pretty coffee cards being linked at the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop.  I'm also going to link this card up at:

Pilgrim Coffee Card

Playing around in my craft room getting a head start on my Thanksgiving cards to mail to friends...but trying to make them all have a coffee theme.  Yes, because one of my favorite blog events is going on....the Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop is on it's second day.  I used several different companies on this card.
Thanks for dropping by and remember to check out the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop.  You'll be glad you did.

Fall Pumpkin Spice Cards

It's time for the Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop.  I look forward to this every year!  I've been working on cards all week getting ready for it!  I love to send Thanksgiving cards so thought it would be the perfect time to get a head start on them as well.  This beauty of a stamp plus sentiment is by Unity Stamp Company (Pumpkin Spice).  I ended up stamping three different cards with this set and stamped a Thanksgiving sentiment in each.  The patterned paper is from a pad I found at JoAnn's last year with pretty fall colors and designs.
The second variation has the same stamps and same patterned paper pad.  It also has an embossed panel of leaves (Sizzix/Tim Holtz from my stash of embossing folders).
The third one has some of Bo Bunny's polka dot cardstock (from years ago).  I also cut some leaf die cuts with my Silhouette Cameo.  So yay for getting a head start on my Thanksgiving cards plus YAY for the Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop.  There is lots of inspiration plus prizes so make sure you check it out!
Thanks for dropping by and remember to enjoy your coffee!  Besides the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop, I'll be linking these cards up at:
